Addishack Golf Tournament stays focused on raising money to end childhood cancer

KINGWOOD, Texas (April 12) – Spots are filling up fast for the annual Addishack Charity Golf Tournament, which will take place April 20 at the renowned Tour 18 Golf Course in Humble. Now in its seventh year, Addishack directs 100 percent of all money raised to Addi’s Faith Foundation, a 501(c)(3) charity dedicated to ending childhood cancer.

“We’re so thankful to everyone who has contributed to Addi’s Faith Foundation over the years through the Addishack tournament, and we’re hoping for an even bigger event in 2018,” Addi’s Faith Foundation co-founder Amber Bender said. “Our mission to fund research for childhood cancer is aided by events like Addishack, and we’ll also continue to provide financial assistance to families struggling to care for a child with cancer.”

Bender helped start the charity in 2007 after losing her daughter Addison Faith to cancer.
